His job is to assure people about the inconveniences and help people ride through the crisis. Instead the minister has chosen to score political brownie points. When the nation is undergoing minor surgeries, the citizens are given anesthesia. Once the surgery is over, the doctor gives the patient medicine to recover to normal live.
