An individual who is engaged in Brahmam or Vedic Learning & Ishvaropasana as well as one who is possessing noble qualities are eligible for being a Brahmana.Similiarly one who is the abode of prosperity and is interested & ready for war and demise of the enemy as well as interested in welfare of the subjects is the one who deserves to be a Kshatriya or Ruler.
