Idea Cellular Hikes Unlimited GPRS Internet Tariff

The guys at Idea are the best ones doing fraud legally.I have been mentioning this fact in my previous posts too.Unlimited Internet access via GPRS and EDGE costed Rs 9 per day on your mobiles for some time.Now they have hiked it to 25 Rs.Airtel has also hiked the charge.It is interesting to note that this is a time when BSNL has started giving CDMA 1X service at 250 Rs per month.

Rs 9 -------> Rs 25

I do not justify this hike blaming inflation.Moreover the service sucks.It get disconnected now and again.To deactivate you need to call the customer care number which is always busy.This time i tried calling continuously for 2 hours.At last got connected and deactivated the plan.The call center guy told me that existing customers can still use the service at Rs 9 for six months after activation as a token from Idea.

The customer care of idea sucks.It is always busy.Is this the way to run a business that has value?I had invested some money in idea stocks through their IPO.It is good that i sold it.Because why should we invest in a company which treats the customers as fools and does fraud offers.

now they are having a 97 recharge offer.......you can use 3 GB of data a month for a flexirecharge of Rs 97..

ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA’S VOTERS ID CARD DUPLICATE APPLICATION PROCESS

I lost my voter id card issued by the election commission of india. I lost it along with the driving license in 2007. I took Duplicate Driving Licence from the same RTO in 2008.Now I have been postponing the efforts to take duplication voters id card due to various reasons. One election came in between and election people were giving duplicates but I didn’t went. Now local body election happens in Kerala. So I got an information that the election department at the Tehsil (Taluk) office is starting to issue duplicate voter id cards from 08.10.2010.So I drove to mavelikkara  yesterterday  in my Astar and it was raining heavily. I reached there and find a long queue of people.Since I have completed the form before hand, I just need to find my card id number and put the data and place in it.A person employed there took my application form and he checked the number of my family member in the kiosk in the same room. The kiosk terminal didn’t showed my number. So he forwarded my application

Aadhaar Demystified   Aadhaar ,meaning foundation in indian languages, has become a hall of shame  or an object of inconvenience for the common man (aam aadmi).
