My Last year's body fat losing experience

Steps I can remember that I have done to reduce fat

1. Strict Avoidance of Bakery & Processed Food during initial days.
2. Reduced Eating Out from Restaurants
3. Eating dinner 4 hours before sleeping
4. Cultivated a habit of spending 1 to 2 hours daily in farm taking care of plants.Growing them and eating them.
